End User License Agreement

The Executive Tools software product is licensed by Licensor to the original Purchaser for use only on the terms and conditions set forth in the License.

Purchaser may not transfer this software or License to another party. Purchaser agrees not to make a backup copy, disassemble, or otherwise reverse engineer the software. There are no express or implied warranties with respect to this product or its use, and Licensor expressly disclaims any warranties or merchantability and of fitness for a particular purpose. In no event will Licensor be liable to Purchaser for any incidental, indirect, special or consequential damages or loss of use, revenue or profit from use of this product.
